If you want your car to be ready 30 minutes after the opening time of the agency, you will have to register your reservation the day before.

Yes, but this is only possible if there are cars available within the agency. However, we still recommend that you make a reservation before renting, as our entire stock of vehicles may be unavailable during busy periods.
Yes, your reservation can be canceled if for some reason you are unable or unwilling to proceed with the rental process. In this situation please notify us as soon as possible to carry out the cancellation procedures. You will also need to provide us with the reservation number that you received on your email address at the time of registration.
If you cancel your reservation, a predetermined additional fee may apply. However, if you make sure to cancel your reservation more than 7 days before the pick-up date, no additional fees or charges will apply. The cancellation fee will only be applied to those who cancel their bookings less than 6 days in advance.

Every car rented from Autocom Rental is delivered with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition. Thus, before returning the car, it is important to make sure that it is fully fueled. If the car is returned with less fuel than at the initial handover, you will have to pay an additional fee of 2.5 CHF per liter.
Yes, if you want the rental car to be delivered to you directly at the airport, an Autocom Rental representative will be waiting for you and will hand you the rental documents that must be signed.
